By registering, making a payment, or using Taw'am Ruhi Concepts, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Taw'am Ruhi

Taw'am Ruhi Concepts is a Muslim marriage and family platform in Nigeria intended for adults who are seriously seeking a suitable, halal and lifelong marriage relationship. The platform provides tools for registration, profile management, searching eligible profiles and controlled contact requests.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a membership account.
You must provide truthful, current and complete information.
You must use the platform for a genuine and serious marriage-related purpose.
You must not create an account on behalf of another person without proper authorization.

3. Registration & Membership

Membership registration is subject to the applicable fee and administrative approval. A registration payment does not automatically guarantee approval. Taw'am Ruhi may review submitted information and may decline or suspend an account where information is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Membership Fees & Promo Codes

Normal male registration fee: ₦8,000.
Male registration with a valid applicable promo code: ₦5,000.
Normal female registration fee: ₦5,000.
Female registration with a valid applicable promo code: ₦3,000.
Promo codes are subject to their stated eligibility and may be limited to one use or a specified promotion.
Fees and promotional offers may be changed in the future. The amount displayed before payment is the amount applicable to that transaction.

5. Paystack Payments

Online membership payments may be processed through Paystack, a third-party payment service provider. Payment-card and other payment credentials are handled through the payment provider's payment infrastructure rather than being stored by Taw'am Ruhi as raw card details.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment amount you submit. A successful payment does not by itself guarantee membership approval; the registration remains subject to the platform's approval process.

6. Refunds & Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, duplicated, charged without authorization, or was not correctly reflected in your registration, contact Taw'am Ruhi promptly with the transaction details. Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the transaction, the status of the registration and applicable payment-provider or legal requirements.

Do not send your full card number, PIN, password or one-time authentication code to Taw'am Ruhi when requesting payment assistance.

7. Profile Visibility & Privacy Rules

Female members cannot browse female member profiles through the normal opposite-sex search feature.
Male members cannot browse male member profiles through the normal opposite-sex search feature.
Members may view eligible opposite-sex profiles according to the access rules applicable to their account.
VIP membership provides additional privacy and controlled contact functionality as described on the website.

8. VIP Membership

A user must first become an approved ordinary member before applying for VIP membership.
VIP members receive the contact-request allowance stated on the website, currently 50 contact requests.
VIP profiles are intended to remain private from unrestricted browsing by other members.
VIP features do not guarantee that another member will accept a contact request or share personal contact information.

9. Member Conduct

Members must behave respectfully and lawfully. You must not harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, defraud, sexually exploit, abuse, stalk or solicit another member. You must not use another member's profile information for spam, advertising, blackmail or any unlawful purpose.

10. Safety & Verification

Taw'am Ruhi does not guarantee the identity, character, intentions, financial position, marital status, background or compatibility of any member. Members are responsible for independently verifying important information and taking reasonable precautions before meeting, sharing personal information or proceeding toward marriage.

Never send money to another member because of a request made through the platform. Report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent or dishonest conduct to the administration.

11. No Guarantee of Marriage

Taw'am Ruhi provides a connection platform only. We do not promise that a member will find a spouse, receive a response, obtain a contact request acceptance, or achieve compatibility with another member.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Taw'am Ruhi may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the member has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in abusive or fraudulent conduct, misused another member's information, or otherwise threatened the safety or integrity of the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

The Taw'am Ruhi name, branding, website design and platform content are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit platform materials without permission.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.
